Terms of Service

yoummee is a private, encrypted space for two consenting adult partners. Account, profile, content and pairing features are provided as-is, without warranty.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You confirm your age at registration. If we find an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

Features that involve shared content (chat, feed, games, stories, calendar) are designed for use with a single partner you pair with. Only share content you are comfortable sharing with that partner.

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload content involving minors, non-consenting people, or illegal material;
• impersonate another person or partner;
• abuse, harass, threaten or extort your partner or anyone else;
• attempt to break the encryption, probe the infrastructure or disrupt other users;
• use automated systems to scrape or overload the service.

You own the content you create. You grant us only the minimal license needed to store and deliver it to you and your partner. We do not use it for training, advertising, or anything else.

The service is provided as-is. While we take encryption and security seriously, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe — without them, encrypted content cannot be recovered.

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated in-app. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
